Operation/Participant Agreement
Acceptance and payment of deposit or full balance of any travel arrangement is subject to the following terms set forth by Cruise and Tour Experts and Posh Mouse Travel (herein after known as CTE) and deemed accepted by the purchaser (herein after known as Client).
Responsibility: CTE acts only as agents for the client in regard to travel whether by motorcar, motor coach, ship, train, airplane as well as lodging, meals, attraction tickets or any other travel component regardless of travel supplier and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss of any kind, accident, delay, irregularity, or acts of any kind by the travel supplier which may be occasioned for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the travel components. CTE does not own, manage, and control or operate any transportation vehicle, hotel or restaurant or any other supplier of services. CTE can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine or other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the client. In the event of forced cancelation, every effort will be made to obtain refunds from the supplier, but this is not guaranteed. Travel reservations constitute the sole contract between the client and the supplier.
Passport/Visas and Aircraft or Cruise Ship Boarding: Names are required as they appear on the passenger’s passport or required documentation. Improper documentation, inadequate proof of identity, inadequate proof of age for children, or any other reason may result in denial of boarding privileges. All persons are responsible to have any necessary visas required. If CTE is to assist with acquiring visas, they cannot be held responsible for any last-minute visa policy changes by a foreign consulate. If you are denied boarding privileges, you forfeit all monies paid and will be assessed any non-recoverable costs.
Insurance: Trip cancellation, health and accident insurance, is be available and may protect you against unforeseen circumstances which cause you to interrupt or cancel you trip. Trip insurance is strongly advised as well as upgrading a policy to cover “cancel for any reason” in the event of an occurrence of supplier failure to refund or provide compensation for cancellations.
